山下：（「subject:さようなら」～♪） 今週の水曜日、12月21日に発売になります、松浦亜弥さんの『10TH ANNIVERSARY BEST』。ベスト・アルバムに入っております、竹内まりや、作詞・作曲・書き下ろし、「subject:さようなら」。

竹内：「subject」というのは、メールの件名ということなんですけど。彼女がデビューした曲が 「ドッキドキ！LOVEメール」という、メールの曲だったのね。だったら、10周年を括るその曲も、なんかメールを題材にしようということで、大失恋の、友達に彼氏取られちゃうみたいな、そういう曲ですけど。でも、歌いこなしてますよね。

山下：上手いね。

竹内：上手いよね。

山下：これはいいよね。

竹内：で、この間私は、その亜弥ちゃんのライヴを見に行ったんですけど、この曲をすごい音域が広い曲だったけれども、ライヴでも素晴らしく切なく歌ってくれてて、いやぁ、20代の女性歌手で一番上手いのは、やっぱ松浦亜弥ちゃんだなぁと思って聴いてたら、同じこと考えている人が、ここに横に座ってて、見たら椎名林檎ちゃんだった(笑)。
